  28.     What to do:
  29.     ===========
  30.  
  31. First put the HSLink files in the C:\xx (Your Telegard 2.5q Beta directory).
  32. Next run HSCONFIG.EXE and configure HSLink to your system's settings.  Using
  33. any simple (Or complex) text editor you may have handy edit the file: 
  34. HSLINK.CFG.  It should look something like this after running HSCONFIG:
  35.  
  36. -P(Your COM Port)
  37. -PI(If you have an iregular COM port IRQ location)
  38. -UC:(The directory where your uploads go to)
  39.  
  40. This command should be inserted on the FIRST line of this file:
  41.  
  42. -K (Opens the COM port at the default baud rate)
  43.  
  44. After that load up Telegard and execute the <X> Protocol Editor option.  Insert 
  45. a new protocol into the list already contained in your PROTOCOL.DAT file.
  46. Next:
  47.  
  48. 1:  <!> Make protocol active
  49. 2:  <1> Enter Key to be used and enter new description for HSLink.
  50. 3:  <2> Enter new access required (Only if appliciable).
  51. 4:  <3> Enter the name of the Temp. Log (Eg. DSZTEMP.LOG)
  52. 5:  <4> Enter the upload log name (Eg. HSLINKU.LOG)
  53. 6:  <4> Enter the download log name (Eg. HSLINKD.LOG)
  54. 7:  Depress <5> then depress <U>, then <E> for external command, then
  55.     this command line:

  57. HSLINK -P(Your COM Port) -NU %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9 <ENTER>
  58.  
  59. 8:  Depress <5> once again this time using the <D> for downloads, <E> once
  60.     again and then this command line:

  62. HSLINK -P(Your COM Port) <ENTER>
  63.  
  64. 9:  Exit back to the WFC menu.
  65. 10: Enjoy HSLink installed into Telegard 2.5q Beta!
